Service Guidelines

Please review our booking, weather, and detailing guidelines to ensure a flawless and elite service experience.

Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or modifications. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service value. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the detailing package.

For maximum precision and cure times, detailing services are highly dependent on weather. In the event of heavy rain, freezing temperatures, or high winds, we will coordinate with you to reschedule your booking at least 2 hours prior to the session. No fees or penalties apply to weather-related rescheduling.

Base rates assume standard cosmetic use. Vehicles requiring deep decontamination, mold remediation, pet hair removal, heavy mud, or biological clean-up will incur an excess condition surcharge of up to $150. These surcharges are assessed during pre-inspection and discussed transparently before any work begins.
